These terms govern your use of TextQuote, a WhatsApp-based quoting service operated by Claro Systems Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
By using TextQuote, you agree to these terms.
TextQuote allows you to create, edit, and send professional quotes to your customers via WhatsApp. You send job details to our WhatsApp number, receive a link to an editable quote page, and can send the finished quote as a PDF.
Your WhatsApp phone number serves as your account identifier. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old and a tradesperson or contractor to use TextQuote.
Your first 5 quotes are free with no time limit and no payment card required. Only quotes sent via WhatsApp or shared via the share function count toward this limit. Downloading a PDF or marking a quote as manually sent does not count.
After your free trial, TextQuote costs £10 per month (or $12 per month in the US), billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period. There are no contracts or commitments.
You retain ownership of all quote data you create using TextQuote. We process your data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
TextQuote parses your messages using AI to extract quote details. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all quotes before sending them to your customers. TextQuote does not provide pricing advice and is not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-parsed content.
We aim to keep TextQuote available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss arising from service downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claro Systems Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TextQuote. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, use the service fraudulently, or abuse the WhatsApp messaging system.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via WhatsApp. Continued use of TextQuote after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
