Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your TextQuote account and all associated data at any time.

What gets deleted

• Your business profile (name, contact details, address, VAT information)
• All quotes you have created (including sent quotes)
• Your WhatsApp conversation history with TextQuote
• Your Stripe subscription and payment records (handled by Stripe separately)

How to request deletion

Option 1: Text DELETEACCOUNT to the TextQuote WhatsApp number. You will receive a confirmation message. Reply YES to confirm. Your data will be deleted within 7 days.

Option 2: Email hello@textquote.co.uk with the subject line "Delete my account" and include the phone number associated with your TextQuote account. We will process your request within 7 days and confirm by email.

After deletion

• Your data cannot be recovered
• Any active subscription will be cancelled
• If you text the TextQuote number again in the future, you will be treated as a new user

If you only want to cancel your subscription without deleting your data, text ACCOUNT to the TextQuote WhatsApp number to manage your subscription.
